Singapore 6 Months T Bills Oct 2023 rate : Will it stay above 4%?

The last 6 months T-bill hit 4.07%.

With bank interest rates remaining low, it may be time to re-consider T-bills. The last 12 weeks MAS bill closed at 4.07%. If that is any indication, this 6 months T bills should closed above 4%.
