Sudio ETT Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earphone Review & Giveway: Your WFH companion

Working from Home is not an easy task for parents.

For those with young children, it would not be surprising if your Zoom or Google Meet calls be interrupted by giggling laughs or piercing screams of the children. At times like these, you would wish to have a soundproof studio all by yourself. Unless you are staying in a spacious house, that would probably be the dream scenario. The next best alternative, get a Sudio ETT Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earphone.

Sudio ETT: Would this cancel my children's screams?
Sudio ETT
We are not new to Sudio wireless earphone.  Our experiences with Sudio Tolv and Sudio Niva had largely been positive. The Sudio ETT is an improvement over the previous renditions with multiple listening settings including  Active Noise Cancellation. It also comes with a transparency mode that automatically lets ambient noise through when you are making calls.

Pairing is seamless and can be done in less than a minute. Once paired, the earphones will connect almost instantaneously every time it is out of the wireless charger.

Active Noise Cancelling

In terms of the Active Noise Control, it is relatively easy to activate on the Sudio ETT. There is a button on each side of the earbud to activate it. In terms of eliminating white noise from fans and aircon, the Sudio ETT does a decent job.

On the other hand, drowning out noises from the children can only be done with increasing the volume. The ANC on the Sudio ETT looks like it is calibrated to tackle everyday white noise such as travelling on trains and planes rather than specifically on screaming children. It may not eliminate 100% but we reckoned 70% of the noise is effectively cancelled by ANC.

Sound Quality

As for sound quality, the Sudio ETT does its job. Like the Sudio Tolv, the bass could be deeper as it lacks a little oomph for rock tracks. On tracks focusing on vocals such as music by Ed Sheeran, the voice was crispy clear. For those who listen to relaxing tunes such as jazz or instrumental while working, this is the perfect companion. Turn on the ANC and you would be immersed in your work in a heartbeat.

Fit and Usage

At a mere 5 g per earbud, you would hardly feel anything in your ears. In terms of design, it is a radically different design compared to the Sudio Tolv or Niva. It may not be as compact but fit wise, we found it more comfortable than the previous model.

Great for outdoor use
The Ett is also rated IPX 5. This means it is splash/rain/sweatproof, making it a perfect companion for the gym or on the road for a run.

What's inside the Box?
ETT Charging Case and Earbuds
Wireless Charging Case
The Sudio ETT comes with a wireless charging case. The Ett provides 6 hours of listening time per charge. It ANC is activated, it will last up to 4 hours. The charging case that comes with it will provide 4 additional charges. This sum up to a charge of up to 30 hours before you need to plug in for power. It would make for a great companion on the train ride or long haul flights. Another plus is that the Sudio ETT charges wirelessly with any standard Qi design.

Accessories
Other accessories included are the 7 pairs of Earbuds from size XS to XL. You should be able to find one that fits you perfectly regardless of the size. As for the charging cable, a USB-C charging is included in the package.
