2013 is on the edge of disappearing. Nonetheless it will be etched into our memories.



Dec 31st also marks the last day of school holidays. It had been a fruitful holiday as we had 3 overseas trips from Batam to Taiwan to Tokyo. In between, we were enchanted with Mickey live Magic show, the super cute minions from Universal Studios, caught Thomas the train at City Square mall, explored a new playground at Gardens by the bay, hike up the Sugar mountain at the flower dome, paid our first visit to River Safari, enjoyed a Christmas feast at Indulge at Park, celebrated Christmas with Prima Deli log cake, had another Christmas dining with The King Louis and found time to buy a new school bag for the new year.

With 2 little Wackies around, it is not surprising that time just whizzed by you. It has been another whirlwind year for The Wacky Duo. We kicked off the year with a big bang by being the Official Blogger for Singapore Countdown 2013 . Thereafter it was a barrage of activities and events over the past 1 year . Absolutely delightful but it did left us breathless at times.

In between all these, we had commented about The Better Fathering Index ( which incidentally had disappeared from Singapore landscape), pondered over the Burning Books fiasco, debated over Primary School admission changes, shocked by My First Skool Child abuse amongst others. We even found time to co-found Daddy Matters, an online Daddies community.

We would like to thank all sponsors, friends and readers who help make this journal a resounding success for the year. Granted we may only be 1+ years old, we are grateful for all the opportunities bestowed upon us for the year. It is amazing how our readership and fan base had quadrupled over the past 1 year. That only serve to motivate us to 'work' harder for the new year ahead. Here is a quick recap of the activities done in 2013
With 2014 just around the corner, we will not rest on our laurels. Next year will be a milestone year of sort for TWD. For a start, one of us will be embarking on the formal road of education in the form of Primary School.

This would be the year that change will be the only constant. We look forward to this brand new year with an open mind and a sense of adventure. For the brand new year we will kick off with a lookback at our double T holidays ... Taiwan and Tokyo.
