WHO ARE WE?
 
On March 1st, 2012, TheWackyDuo.com kicked off its journey.

This wacky site was inspired by a Dad raising a pair of brothers. It started as a diary that gradually turned into an independent boutique publisher with a niche for travel, lifestyle, reviews, and all things Singapore. 

Originally a parenting website, we had transformed ourselves to The Wacky D.U.O (Digital Urban Outpost) where we share the wackiest events, news and tech in Singapore. We're like the chatter you'd hear in a Kopitam. Loud but relevant. 






Being avid adventurers, we tackle every experience openly, offering impartial evaluations. Reach out if you want us to test your products, services, or events – whether they're local or global – and we'll happily give them a whirl.

We have a penchant for local startups since we identify as one.

We're open to advertorials with editorial rights. Sponsorships are cool too. But for sponsored reviews, we're running the show on our terms, without editorial rights set timelines.

Our reviews are usually found on the first page of Google Search based on our content authenticity and popularity. We used proven in-house SEO, quality and consistent content to produce consistent results leading to high ranking on Google Search. As of July 2023, we had reached over 15 million page views.

An honest and prompt review
We're upfront in our style. Count on a truthful review from us, whether it's a thumbs-up or a critique. If your product shines, we'll give it the spotlight. If tweaks are due, take our insights as a chance to boost your product or elevate the customer experience.

Reviews usually wrap up in 2-3 weeks – our sweet spot for effective testing and evaluating.

Our fruitful affiliate marketing ventures with sponsors have brought big rewards. One sponsor raked in $300,000 from our posts alone. Though not every sponsor will hit the same jackpot, it's evident that review websites remain a valuable marketing tool in today's landscape.

As much as we would like to customise each sponsorship, we would only reserve it for paid advertorials due to the cost of resources for customisation.

Family-friendly oriented lifestyle events, family travel and family-friendly product reviews are our forte, but Daddy M does have a soft spot for cars, photography, musicals and gadgets. Generally. Our topics are listed as follows.
